RUDE SERVICE AND WRONG ORDER

The shocking customer service received at KFC Blouberg for Order number 346, All Star Lunch Box.

Upon making the order, the lady, Thozama who was working the till uttered something after I had done paying. After I asked her to repeat herself, she responded with 'Yeka' (Just leave it) .

I had requested for the chicken piece to be a thigh, I received a centre breast upon checking the order and asked for a thigh. She then rolled her eyes and snatched the pack and returned with the thigh chicken piece.

I then checked the crunch burger which looked suspiciously small. I queried whether it was a crunch burger and was told that the yes it is, the buns are just bigger. The crunch fillet itself was sizeably smaller than the bun, it was near invisible.

Upon reaching the office, a friend of mine had ordered the same meal with a huge difference between the crunch burgers.

I am actually appalled by both the service and the order received. The staff were incredibly rude not only giving us wrong orders but rude in their responses.
