Rude rude

Just had the worst experience ever at sky city mall KFC in the rain wet, we are being rudely turned away because they don’t want to serve us, the self service thingy are not working and the stuff is not assisting because they take cash only, I mean in 2025 even ****as take card payments, how come such a big shop doesn’t, even if they had issues there is no need to be rude the lady was rude and needs training
