rude people

i went to the kfc drivetru at 8:43pm. The lady that took the order was friendly and helpfull. But the one at the window that gave us our order was so rude. I asked her why doesnt ahe greet us,she gave me the look and turned around and walked away without saying a word. When we arrived at the house,she didnt include any salt,tomato sauce or serviets. Is it to much to ask for friendly service. Kfc mansfield road will never see me again. And i know one customer to loose isnt big,but kfc's repitation as a poor serves provider is groing by the day.
