Rude & pathetic service

In the evening I went to KFC drive thru, while I was busy on the speaker answering the lady to order my meal, the lady just speak to someone else out loud on the speak when I told her, they u like this because you suppose to mute your mic and answer your colleague, she was very rude to me telling mine I must not come here in tell what to do her job.

Okay I went to payment side I paid, she didn't gave me a till slip told me I must go wait my meal on the parking lot she will bring both slip n my order, when she come still was no slip on top of that my order was shot.
