Rude Manager Irene

KFC Randpark ridge customer service is the worst. Irene the manager on duty on the 8 June 2023 treated me like absolute dirt and I didn’t get the value for my money. I made an order at the kiosk and asked her to rectify the error for me and she refused after arguing she said she doing me a favor by changing it and refused to give me back the change difference because she was doing me a favor. I’m fuming a feel ****** and insulted. No one should be treated like that by anyone. I hate KFC from today because of Irene.
