Rude manager don't not want to replace wrongly delivered orser.

I placed an order drom KFC Goodwood on 17 December fir 3 x Large plain gravy's and a 9 piece bucket. I also askes for 6 chilli salts as I add this to the gravy. I especially phoned the manager, Rudo to tell her about my order exactly what I want as they NEVER read the special instructions, so maybe they should just remove that field fir KFC orders. When my orser arrived, I checked it. I have found that they gave me plain mash, no gravy. Just boaring white mash, and also just a little bit inside the container. I phones rhe manager again. Rhey said I must t report it to Uber, but she will replace my orser and also give me a street wise 3. I repoetes it to Uber that rhe meal ia spoilt. I got a standars email back from them, only refunding me for the gravy, not the meal. I phone the manager on duty, Eristene or something tiday 19 Secember. She knows about it, but cannot help. The morw I explain to her (That is if I get chance to speak while she keps on repeating and screaming at me,) thr same thing over and over she cannot help me. I tild her to please give me a chance to soeak, but still she carried on. My wife was witness to this. She also said Rudo was her senior and nit there today. I told her to phone Rudo on her cell. She said she tried yesterday, but her (Rudo's) phone wasn't working. I did speah to Rudo yesterday late afternoon??? I gave her my number to call me back. She said ahe will phone Rudo and if she comes right she will call me orher wise there is nothing she can do. I even offered s to place another order, then she can replace and give me the extras at the same time. She didn't want to hear anything. I can't call Uber myaelf and I cannot ask for a full refund. Rhis is shocking from KFC that a manager cannot even replace and wrongfully delivered order. Myabe I will stuck to Hungry Lion in the future.
