I called KFC Phoenix plaza today at 19h30 at the first time I called no one answered. The second time i called bk i spoke to a manager by the name of Simo I was querying on if u purchase your first meal online for over 50 rand you get a free street wise two with chip he advised me he know nothing about that. I asked if he could check for me I wanna order an pick up there as i was passing he advised he is very busy with the customers cannot assist.How do KFC hire *********** managers like this as your must be losing on making money at your store. Behaviour like this should not be tolerated as I want feedback an what is going to be done for me.
