Rude Manager

A manager at KFC Kwaggafontein mall,Mpumalanga was so rude to me today it is uncalled for. We waited for almost 10 minutes without assistance so I asked Sbu Mkhize (the manager in charge when I was there at 16h20 today) who is going to assist us and he said 2 of the tellers were on a break and its up to me whether I want to leave or wait for them. I mean the queue was long and no one was manning the tills. He was rude and not ashamed of it. When Elsie and Thuli were working at KFC, we never had any incidents such as that.
