Rude Manager

KFC Carletonville (pick n pay centre) The Manager at KFC is rude, walks around wearing a pink fleece blanket while serving customers. Speaks condescendingly to customers and even threatens to wait for them outside the restaurant to deal with them.. We caught everything on camera as she was being rude and she ran to the back of the store.

All thanks to Esther who called the situation down and gave great customer service, offered apologies and made sure that the customers were served and happy.
