Rude lazy cashier

I just stepped into a KFC outlet at Jozini Mall and encountered the rudest cashier I've ever seen...I wanted to order over the counter and without even greeting, she tells me that if you are using a bank card to make a purchase you should go to the self service unit and I indicated that I do not know how to use the self service unit, she never offered any assistance, I was helped by a fellow diner...and when I collected my order on the counter I noticed thar there was a speed point unit on the counter and I enquired as to: if card purchases are supposed to be done on the self service unit, then why was there a speepont on the counter next to the till and she couldn't answer me...my order number was 2679...the lady is rude lazy and doesn't deserve to be in the service industry where she has to deal with the public....I regret going to this kfc and the R102. That I spent there will be the last I ever spend with KFC purely because of the cashier at Jozini mall
