Rude lady & stale burger

Yesterday I ordered on line from Birchleigh. Order no: 111274 . At 12:06. My order was delayed for a long time . Some one from *** call me to check if I received an order , told her not yet , she said she will call back , after 15 minutes I called back that number. Spoke to a RUDE lady Nida or needa.. she is very rude & has no clue what customer service is all about . She then dropped a phone on me. I need some senior to listen to that call & adress that matter . My order arrived 45 minutes late, only to find it wrong . I ordered Coke Zero was given regular coke . Crush burger was hard as hell, patty not fresh & meat smell burned or friend in stale oil. I gave the food. Away & took pictures of ur burger . The only thing fresh was the zinger burger . Can I please have better food next time & much deserved respect
