Rude KFC Cashier

Yesterday I went to buy food for our team at work in kfc century city cape town then they didn't count the food when given to us so we assumed the number of food is the one we ordered only to find the food is short with two meals...then i called the store then i was told were to get off because we know that kfc always refund food when you complain and the guy I was talking to was very rude to me he kept on talking over me and he told me that our company always complain when we order,I then asked him when did we complain and is it wrong for me as a paying customer to complain for my money??? So what I want ********** to please take care of the attender at kfc century city,canal walk,cape town (inside the mall) if he must be fired let it be,coz he doesn't know anything about customer service at all
