Rude front line staff

The front line staff at kfc parow Centre need some serious attitude change. Me and my husband Waited for our food for almost 30 minutes and no one said any thing when my husband got up to ask what is happening the staff just inform us that there were incorrect fillet on the box master and they send it back. This is not the first time that the front line staff at parow center are not paying attention to one when you speak to them nor do they tell you that about the waiting time or apologize for delays
