Rude, disgusting staff

staffing went to KFC springs gate on Friday 25th August 2017, we often go to that KFC , it was about 12pm in the afternoon (lunch time) and the drive through was closed, we parked to go inside, doors were closed and staff were inside, we were trying to ask what was going on and the staff inside were looking straight at us laughing and ignoring us. The staff were standing doing NOTHING!!! That's is disgusting service to give the customers, I am livered. I will never go back to that place again, and I will also inform my family and friends. KFC you guys lost loyal customers and I'm disgusted!!!!
