RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT KFC BRAKPAN

<p>On Friday the 5th August I went to KFC at brakpan along Prince Goerge street to go buy my nieces some ice cream. I was assisted by a lady named Dorris whom was very rude, i greeted her she just gave me a blank stare and then I placed my order then she gave me a rude answer by saying that KFC doesnt sell milkshakes, so I explained to her that I want the Krusher then she just got out of her chair and left me at the window at drive thru and went to someone who was calling her and they stood there and chatted while using vulgar language, another lady came thru by the name of Mighty and i asked if I could speak to the manager and she said she was the mananger so I explained to her what happened and she just smiled and said I must go to the paypoint and not mind Dorris as thats her regular behavior, I just left and went to pay but as i was driving off I heard Mighty say to the Dorris lady that I was just one of those lousy complaining customers. I went on to pay and drove off. I am highly disappointed with the customer service I received as a paying and loyal customer at KFC. I believe something should be done with the behaviour of those two ladies as I feel they treated me in a bad way as if I was receiving goods for free. I was there as a client and paid but the was I was treated was appalling. As a well established business I do not believe that KFC condones such behaviour. I want to see action being taken because I have been a very loyal customer to that specific KFC for years and I have never been treated with such disrespect.</p>
