Rude Cornubia Mall KFC Manager

I am extremely appalled and attitude at the service i received from the Cornubia Mall KFC... I ordered at the till, a streetwise 3 meal and specifically requested for two thighs and a drumstick. The lady i ordered from called Ningi assured me that this was possible. i paid and i left. when i arrived back at work to have my lunch i realized that my order was not what i had requested. i was given a side breast, center breast and a drumstick. I then called the branch to inquire...i spoke to the manager who said his name was sanele maphumulo who was very rude and advised that the was nothing he could. He had so much cheek and made me feel as if he was doing me a favor by giving me the unwanted chicken, as if i was a charity case who didn't even pay for the food. the type of service i received i've never received anywhere before. i need somebody to address this and have it rectified because i just wasted a lot of money by paying for something i do not eat.
