Rude Condescending staff and bad service

This is the second time am buying at KFC westgate, the service is bad and the staffs are extremely rude and food packaging is just shabby Today I have to leave in anger because of a rude guy who's harassing me about my mask even when he saw I was wearing one.. the fool wants to teach me how to wear mask.. I wonder what HR employ idiot's like that without giving them an proper training. And standing for long time no one bother to attend to me..they were just chatting and lazing around inside. No matter how hungry I am I wont buy at that KFC again
