Rude cashier at KFC gateway mall

Hi,

I regret to inform you that this is a letter of complaint.

This morning (28/02/2018) I went to the KFC at gateway mall in durban at around 06:20 My order was taken by a cashier named Mbali. Order came to R130 I then proceeded to pay via debit card. I entered my pin and the transaction declined (I knew I had sufficient funds available) so I said why did it decline(NOTE THAT I WAS NOT SPEAKING TO HER I JUST SAID IT OUT LOUD TO MYSELF), her response was astonishing! She says to me "How you should know!!! People like you'll don't have money in the account then ask us why it's declining!!! I said I do have money. Try again she then refused so I took my card and inserted it into the card machine entered my pin and there it was the transaction was approved!!!!

This lady has no morals, values and really doesn't respect customers!!!! She humiliated me in front of everyone that was there!!!!!! Is this the type of staff you guys hire!!!! Really the rude cashier laughed out loud at me and made me A PAYING CUSTOMER A FOOL IN FRONT OF EVERYONE HOW ****** PATHETIC! !!
