Rude cashier

Dear Sir/Madam<br> <br> Came in the drive thru earlier today to buy food, the cashier (Sibongile) and her colleagues were busy talking which I didn't mind. I waited for them to finish talking then I greeted her nicely before I placed an order, Sibongile just ignored me as if I wasn't there. She continued talking to the other people on the other side telling them that it's time for her to leave, she has a life after KFC, i then told her that i need to place an order. Placed an order with 500ml's coke, she then walked away for few seconds, came back with Nelisiwe. I asked Sibongile if that is the way of treating customers, she then walked away for good this time around. Asked the other guys who is the manager and Nelisiwe rep**** she is. Nelisiwe just said i will give her a warning. I'm sure Nelisiwe is not a manager and Sibongile does the same to most of the KFC customers and gets away with it. I'm really not happy with the service I received at KFC, i come almost everyday to KFC, but I doubt i will ever buy after the treatment i received today
