Rude cashier

I bought a crunch master meal that comes with a cold drink for 49.90 at kfc Chris Hani mall and I got the meal with out the cold drink when I asked for my meal the cashier by the name of nolwazi told me she won’t give my cold drink cause I didn’t say I wanted it with the cold drink but the meal automatically comes with it for the price I payed for she continued to be rude with me when I request she gets me her manager she asked me with attitude that she must do that again she isn’t Mad I must go around at the back and call the manager myself I was appalled by the service I received even after I payed for what’s due to me.
