Rude Cashier

This is the 2nd time within a month I'm complaining about the bad service/attitude of KFC Ceres. Today my wife and daughter (16:40) went to purchase KFC Family Treat Meal. My wife asked for Coleslaw as a side. Once again as usual (3rd time in a row now) was told that there is no coleslaw. Just moments later another customer walked in and was served by another cashier. This customer ordered Coleslaw with her meal, and the cashier handed her a coleslaw! My wife asked the cashier which served her what is going on. The cashier said in an abrupt and rude manner that when she arrived on duty there was no coleslaw. Abruptly told my wife there is more coleslaw. My wife still said she was there first and asked for coleslaw why was she not given it and the customer who arrived moments after her got coleslaw. The cashier then just stared blankly at my wife. Furthermore, this cashier started gossiping with the other cashier in front of my wife. To make matters worse, when my wife arrived home, the chips that came with the meal was only half filled!! Times are tough and people spend a lot money to have decent meal and decent service!! This is totally unacceptable from KFC Ceres
