Rude /Attitude towards customers

Good day KFC<br> <br> Yesterday i went to buy at KFC in adderly street , Cape town and the manner in which i was addressed by the person that was packing the food. He was extremley rude after i had to wait more than 15 min for a street wise 2, not that the was no chicken . It was there they were just busy talking and helping staff members first. My order was served off from the screeen before getting it when i asked him why , 'He said , Just give her order ' asking one of the cashiers.<br> <br> It is not the first time i am treated like this at this particular KFC the staff is extremely rude and treat customers like they are nothing , this is unacceptable!!!!
