Rude assistant with no manners

<p>On 3/08/2017 I placed a telephone order with KFC Germiston at 19:30. Thando answered the phone and took down my order. She then asked me if I will be collecting as a walk in customer or via drive through. I told her I will be using the drive through. I then arrived and drove to the window. Without even greeting me, the lady (name Felly) rudely told me that I can't just drive to the window without placing first at a terminal behind me. I then asked her to listen first to what I had to say. I then told that I placed a telephone order. She then turned away to call Thando for her to assist me. Felly's attitude towards me as a customer is totally unacceptable. She has no etiquette. I really felt undermined and poorly serviced.</p>
