Rude, Arrogant Behaviour at KFC Maxwell Street

Im Nokwazi Mathenjwa works at Richards Bay Minerals at business development centre. I had a traumatic experiance at KFC Maxwell Street at Empangeni when I was insulted and assisted by a rude employee by the name of Sizakele who gave me a very bad attitude which I strongly believe that it is not acceptable and can not be tolarated.I ordered 15 piece by the drive thru window and when I go to the collection counter, the lady gave me a torn bag with meat inside, I then approach her to give me the new bag but instead she was so rude accusing saying I torn the bag and insulting me passing remarks until I jump off the car and come closer to her and tell her that I am not stupid in such a way that I can just torn the bag and she has to apologise for saying all the things to me and for her rudeness, bad attitude towards me, unfortunately she told me straght the she is not willing to apologise then I told her that I will take the matter up but she then rep**** by telling me that she does not give a ****. It was bad such a way that I was so humilated and the staff has to stop working and witness what was going on. Dispite all she was not willing to give me a bag. I want this lady to be out.
