Rude and Moody Nightshift Stuff !!!

I am still extremely angry and furious for being so disrespected by a KFC employee called Qhawe at KFC Alex Mall. This woman was so rude, screaming at customers yelling order numbers from the moment I walked in that shop. I realised that a person is going to have a problem. (Since I was sober and the shop was full of drunkards) And this woman was treating all of us and disrespecting us like we are all drun**** This woman dispatching food disrespectedly told me that the Mash&Gravy I requested at the till was not available. And rudely told me that I will have to take something else. (That is when I fumed) and asked that why I was not told that at the point of purchase?? And still in a disrespectful manner, she told me that it's not her problem the till didn't tell me there's no Mash ??!! And after that she ignored me the whole time while I wanted to ask her what else I can opt for... And after a while she threw my order on the counter and rudely told me that "here's your order" and I still asked her with a smile.. "are you being rude to me" and she told me "yah.." And I left the shop feeling so angry and didn't want to make things worse than they were already.I demand that KFC deal with this employee and make sure this never happens to another customer ever again. As I am never going to that shop ever again!!!
