Rude and horrible service

I wrote complaint about 3months ago and still waiting on a response. First time I visited this establishment they made me wait in the parking lot for 1hour and 15min for breakfast. After I had to drive around the building 3times. The ladies inside was sleeping and the other ones eating eggs out of a tray. This time around again I have to wait while they awake. They asked me to again not park by the delivery window because I will be waiting for my breakfast wrap. I received that after awhile and now im waiting for the coffee. They are looking at me the whole time when I decided to park by the window. They are shouting at each other and starring at me that makes me very uncomfortable. Your staff is rude and sleeps when they have to work. They do not greet they just ask you what you want. Brilliant KFC. You will ho far with your reputation and now bad service. Change your staff they doing damage to your brand.
