Rude agent

I’m so angry I ordered online on the KFC app then they took the money but didn’t confirm the order I then used again my airtime to call the I waited for 8 minutes to be assisted finally someone answered my calls then I explained to the agent what really happened he then told me my order failed they will refund me after 7 days and I was like I’m not going to accept that cause I ordered cause I need food and I don Have another money to order so what should I do he then told me these nothing he can do then I asked if he can’t help me can he get me someone who will help me then he said these no one and he’s too busy to help I got angry cause they took my money on top of that these no food and when I complain with my own money I’m told he’s to busy I said to the agent I need a recording of that call so that I can go find help done they can’t help me I’m so angry and I’m going all the way up with this I’m not going to be disrespected with my own money
