Rude!!

It was 18:00 and load shedding had just finished. My wife and I went to KFC at bluff towers. To find that the staff had barricaded the door shut with a chair and were not letting anyone in. When I finally got someone's attention (all the staff could see us waiting outside in the cold) she just shouted at us through the window. I couldn't even make out what she was saying. When I ask if she could let us in she just shook her head said something we couldn't understand and carried on wiping the counter. This is not the first time I have had bad service from this branch of KFC and I think the staff really need to be trained in customer service. Needless to say the friendly accommodating take away next door now has our service.
