RUDD AND DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE

I am very disappointed with the service I got from Nomthandazo at KFC DALPARK right from the beginning of our encounter, she was not friendly, she was just rude and disrespectful. After such disappointing service, I ask to speak to the manager, I waited a good 10 minutes for her as well. This was all because they did not want to swop the cappuccinos from my TWO meals with the cappy juice.

It seems like the staff there know nothing about customer service. I am not going back there and I would not recommend this specific restaurant to any one.
