Ruda staff

Hope you well. Am really upset and disgusted with the appalling service that I received from one of your staff members(Bronkhorstspruit shop 3). The all start box was part of my order and I was advised that wings are not yet ready I will have to wait I had no problem with that, my problem was when I asked how long and the response to my question was shocking “uzolinda loyo” that the response that I got from ZINHLE one of the staff members just for asking and on top of that I had to wait another 20 minutes for a filet. I asked for the manger on duty but he showed no care in the world he just brushed me off and want by his day. The only person who apologized and was maria
