Rubish service

I am currently on a 40min+ call placed on hold, because i made the mistake of ordering at kfc directly.... They cant deliver my food that i need now and tell me they will refund me in 7 business days... what Rubish!!!! I am hold now because they cant think to liase with a nearby kfc to sort out the matter but instead i the paying client must suffer...call is now going on 1 hour mind you im on hold..utter rubish... i want this resolved now..
