A friend and I went to KFC Reservoir Hills (Durban) around 20:10 (pm) and ordered 2x Streetwise 3 (14 October 2020). We got charged for the Streetwise 3’s (we had R100 and got R8) and received our food packages. Upon arrival on campus (UKZN Westville campus) we realized we had received 2x Streetwise 2 meals instead of Streetwise 3’s. We called KFC Reservoir Hills at 20:29 and reported this mistake. The lady that picked up (no name) asked us to call back (first issue) as they needed to call the manager. When we called back in 10 min the line was not going through (second issue). We called the delivery service line and they said they can’t help. We are currently sitting with 2 meals we cannot eat and can only sort out tomorrow (15 October 2020). We are highly disgruntled.
