I contacted the KFC deliveries and wow what a poor experience from beginning to end

Where to start, called them and I was told that I need to look at the delivery menu not the posted online offers so I asked the person to show me the menu and he said i cant see it after failing to win with him i spoke to the manager who also offered me what I initially asked for and ended with the person needs training, I called back and enquired about the delivery which hadn't arrived even 115min later and she said she is sorry but this is the worst service I ever received by a group of people
