Rubber-like chicken

Today I went to KFC Dobsonville Point with my colleague to buy Streetwise Five n my colleague bought a bucket of 9 pieces. The orders took long to be prepared. When I got home prepared a meal formy family, then thw worst happened, the meat had no spices no herbs n it was half cooked tasted rubber like. The large chips I bought were not fresh at all. I'm so disappointed with the service rendered @KFC Dobsonville Point. I called my colleague to find out n she was also ****ed with the service rendered at the outlet, her family were not happy with the meat they gave it to the dogs. Worst experience ever they should have told the customers if they've ran out of spices n herbs rather than selling tasteless meat.
