Rotten Salad

Early this afternoon I bought my fianc? a KFC Salad for lunch at work.
She text me about 5 mins later and told me that she had to throw more than half the salad away as some of the lettuce were brown, slimy and tasted sour. The corn was brown. Even the tomato had a very bad taste so I presume that was rotten as well. This is not the first time this has happened. All that was edible in the salad was the FEW pieces of chicken. She had to run to the ladies room when she bit one of the tomatoes or she would have puked all over her desk.
I understand that it is hot and the tomato, lettuce, ect, will go bad, but is it to much to ask to just educate the kitchen staff to look out for these type of things or is KFC's standards really this low? Surely someone should check to make sure that they don't sell rotten food to their customers! Or do they simply not give a damn???
I am very displeased with KFC Springsgate and will surely think twice before buying anything from them.
This is just disgusting and unexeptable!
