Rotten meat and awful service

I ordered streetwise 2 and KFC N1 CITY. the meat was rotten and smelled old. I called the restaurant to advise them of the issue and they asked me to report to Uber eats as my order was delivered by Uber eats. Uber ears doesn't prepare food they just collect and deliver. I am very disgusted even took pictures. But KFC N1 CITY CAPE TOWN refuses to help
