Rotten Egg

The new KFC that opened in Ladysmith is terrible, The service is disgusting and the staff are going to work sick as dogs....This Morning my fiance got us breakfast before work, when he left i decided to eat mine before it goes to waste (was about 2 min after he got it for me). As soon as i opened my "Brekkie Crunch Wrap" everything looked fine, half way into this meal my egg is black (rotten). I took it back to them and told them they are giving me rotten egg so the manager went to the back to see the eggs and she brings one out and shows me the eggs expire next week, I asked her for my money back because im not happy that i payed so much for the food and get it rotten, she refused to give me my money back so i wrote my number down and told them to phone me when they are ready to give me my money back before i put them on Hello Peter ( i gave them till 8:00am, as we got it at 6:30am) I still have not gotten a call or anything, the "manager" has not even said sorry.... Yesterday i went online and got something i like and when i went to get it they said there is no such thing and they do not have it on there system, how can it be on the website but you have never heard of it? This is bullsh*t.....NEVER AGAIN, DO NOT USE THE KFC BY THE PIK N PAY CENTER IN LADYSMITH
