Rotten coleslaw, burnt chicken pieces

Around 17h30 today I went to buy a take away meal for my family at KFC Kollonade.

Upon opening the meal I realised the was an offish smell coming out of the meat. The chicken was was not fresh and some of the pieces were burnt. I opened the coleslaw and it was rotten .

Our health is put at risk for the sake of maximizing on profit by selling rotten food. It baffles on how this type of food is sold to customers. What happened to quality? What happened to value for money?

Waisted time ,money ,petrol and put my health at risk all at once. This is the most horrific customer service I've experienced
