Rotten chicken at KFC shallcross

I have been to KFC shallcross and the chicken we bought was green and rotten. We took the chicken back to the store over 2 months ago and we are still waiting for the lab results to tell us what was wrong with the chicken. Everytime I phone the customer care they make excuses and are terrible with their service. I have phone them twice in 2 weeks and was promised feedback which I never got.
