Rock hard, coal like wings

I had good service and all from KFC at Tygervalley Centre but the issue was with the 10 dunked wings that I bought for a colleague.

She started eating the wings and it was okay even though there was a lack of sauce but then she got about 6 wings deep and the 7th one was not even a wing. It was a thick piece of oily skin that was almost like charcoal. She then proceeded to toss that piece in the bin and the next two wings were also like charcoal. It tasted as if it was put back into the oil after cooling down just so they could sell it again.

This is not good at all and we would like something to be done about this situation. Noone wants to bite into wings or any piece of chicken that feels like a lump of coal in your mouth.

It spoils the entire experience and does not look good for a company that is usually so good.
