Robertson KFC - Very Poor service

Robertson KFC A quick order from the self help bord. Then it went down hill from there. Over the festive season there are no staff to be seen in the front. Waited over half an hour for our order. Then asked one lady if it was possible to exchange our bucket with chicken thighs and drumsticks only. They told me no I asked if it was possible to give me my food then - the guy next to me waited half an hour for his 9pc bucket. After +/- 45min they gave me my order after I told them to just give it to me because I have a screeming/crying child in the car with my husband. Then they said I assume it was the manager that the put extra in my 21pc bucket for the long wait and inconvenience. Came home to cold food with exactly just 21pc in my bucket. If customers ask for their coldrink or complain about service the staff would laugh and turn around and walk away just to disappear to the back again. VERY DISAPPOINTED - ROBERTSON KFC WON'T SEE ME OR MY FAMILY/FRIENDS EVER AGAIN !!!! Would rather drive to Worcester.
