****** off my money

Went to KFC Blue valley today and ordered an all star lunchbox, got home to find i was charged R60.00 for it but the zinger wings were missing. Called their store number on google and it does not exist so i grabbed the slip from my car and tried calling 11times and for one hour the messages kept playing that the number was busy!!!! How are we supposed to lay a complaint in this manner!! Absolutely ******* service!!!
