****** inside KFC Ferndale

I was ****** INSIDE KFC Ferndale on the 3rd of September and staff didn’t even know where the security guard was. After looking for they assumed that he had gone home. Worst part is that KFC doesn’t really care, I received ONE phone call regarding this and they promised to investigate the matter and calm me back. 11 days nobody has called me, I have sent emails and no one has rep****.
