I did an online order at KFC on Friday the 3rd of December for a delivery. After an hour of waiting I was then advised that my order has been cancelled as there is no one to deliver it. Then I received an email that the money that I had paid will be refunded. When I contacted customer service I was told that it takes 24hours to 2 days. Working days I assume. Till date I have not received the refund. I have sent emails countless times to get assistance and I don’t even receive a response.
