On the 31st Dec 2015 I went to the drive through at KFC Courtney Street in George. I placed my order and specifically requested that the piece of chicken they give with the order was a breast (as the other pieces always tend to be too greasy). The lady helping me at the drive through till shouted \A breast piece of chicken!""; time; inconvenience;etc.) NEVER when I go inside does this happen. I find it dishonest of KFC and want to know if the management instruct their staff to ******* their drive though customers. The vehicle in front of me actually checked his packet... and then handed it back... so CLEARLY I'm not the only one. """
