Ripping Me Off!!!!

I sent my mother to KFC in Sunward Park to buy food. Firstly when ordering the doritos burger they do not have stock of the sauce for it. Even after accepting this fact she still received bad service from an *********** staff who do not even know their own products. And to top it all off they charged for a fully loaded box meal with a buddy coke and didnt even give it to her. We ordered a fully loaded box meal, a doritos crunch burger and a milky bar creme ball. To make matters worse you don't even provide a slip to customers. How dare you do this to the consumer, how can you state that you provide an adequate service when you rip people off. Must i now waste my petrol and go back to fix your mistakes. KFC Sunward Park you have really set the bar at an all time low and it is disgusting that you would rip us off like that.
