Riedfontein KFC poor service

Very poor service at KFC on Rietfontein rd Boksburg. Every time we go to get ice cream and try to order the new choc brownie they have a different excuse. Out of stock, no ice cream, we don't have brownies ect. The same with krushers. How can you advertise a new product if you never have the stock. There is no sign from KFC that they are out of stock. This is false advertising. You wait in line just for them to tell you there is no stock. Had to reverse all the way out of the drive thru. Hope someone can do something about this bad service since we are already starting to look for alternatives.
