Ridiculously Long Drive Through Waiting Time

I have had several bad experiences at the KFC on Okavango Road next to the Lifestyle Centre. On almost every occasion I have had to wait no less than 30 minutes for my food (which is usually only 4 or 8 wings) and have had bad attitude too, when I asked what was taking so long. The one time the lady at the last window literally laughed at me and said "the chicken". On another three occasions I was told it would only take another 8 minutes only to have waited another 15 minutes or longer . I love kfc and their food but at this stage I'd rather drive to brackenfell although it's much ****her just to get it. By far the slowest and worst kfc I've ever experienced.
