Ridiculous Services by KFC customer care and management

Service is pathetic, ridiculous and non existent . I've submitted my complaint to customer care and i phoned several times for feedback with no success. At some point i was promised that a manager will phone me and im still waiting. Zero care for service, they allow their customers to be disrespected by their partners and not make their partner accountable for their staff. Their delivery guy was ridiculously rude and disrespectful. Can you imagine asking your customers if they still want the food that they paid for. No care to even apologize after i tried to show him his mistake. He went to the wrong house and got angry with me after getting lost. Getting angry with a paying customer? 😡😡😡The nerve!!! You guys need to remember that without customers you are nothing. KFC call centre is now conveniently busy when i phone. Im done and will never support your burnt burgers and watery oily chicken. 🤮🤮🤮
