RIDICULOUS SERVICE FROM BISHOP LAVIS KFC

Hi there,

I have purchased on two separate occasions Zinger Burger Meals and on both occasions my orders were wrong, I received colonel sauce on a Zinger burger.

Does that even make any sense for someone to purchase a Zinger Burger, but wants colonel sauce on it, if there is a colonel burger available, it make no sense, the cashier's that assisted me on both occasions did not ask me if I wanted Zinger sauce or Colonel sauce all they ask is R2 for Hope!!

This is not the first time I'm having issues with this branch I've previously had on multiple occasions where I would order food and something would always be wrong with my order somehow either something is missing or I get a slight different order, I have ordered online as well and still they even get my orders incorrect and this is just plain ridiculous because I can't get the same result each time with incorrect orders.

The Bishop Lavis Branch team definitely needs to work on there customer service and how they process an order because they can't do this each and every time. I did not confront the situation before but I can not say anything each time because I this is plain ridiculous to prepare the incorrect order if the order is in front of you on a screen in full detail.

Kfc really needs to stop asking R2 for Hope and actually start getting the orders correct first.

I spoke to Asanda Cilo, telephonically and she advised me that on my next visit to the branch I need to get in touch with her to resolve this issue.
